Your carpet will be only slightly damp to the touch after we have completed the cleaning. You can walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning but you need to be careful when going from the carpet to a hard surface not to slip. Most carpets typically need 6-10 hours to dry completely; however, it could take up to 24 hours to dry depending on the time of year your carpets are cleaned, and the air circulation, humidity and temperature in your home..
Should I vacuum before you arrive?
No it is not necessary. Ultraclean’s professionally trained technicians will vacuum your carpets with our high powered vacuum when they arrive.
How long does it take for furniture to dry after and upholstery clean?
In most cases the furniture dries within just a couple of hours; however, in some cases it may up to 24 hours to fully dry depending on the fabric and soil condition.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
Generally 4-8 hours but this depends on the size and condition of the property.
