Case 1:
This is a large urine job I completed in Mandurah. I had large amounts of old urine staining that other carpet cleaners could not remove. On treatment of the stains, removal of the urine-yellow colour was evident, but the client was advised to re-dye these marks to bring back the original colour. This was completed later by another associate.
